KuteKakesbyVon Terms & Conditions

 

Thank you for allowing KuteKakesbyVon LLC to be apart of your sweet celebration! 

 

Payment Policy:

  • Prices depend on the design and number of people the cake need to feed.  Please email info@kutekakesbyvon.com for all inquiries 

  • We are limited in the amount of orders we can accept weekly.  Two weeks’ notice is requested, we serve on a first come first serve basis.  Your order is not complete or on the schedule until order form and deposits are received.  Your spot will not be held.

  • When placing an order with KuteKakesbyVon LLC, there is a non-refundable security deposit due within 2 weeks of cake due date. The security deposit is 50% down.

  • For delivery orders: final payment is due within 72hrs on balances over $50.00.

  • Method of payment:

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Please give KuteKakesbyVon LLC a weeks’ notice when canceling an order.

  • If an order was made for pickup but now has to be delivered, please give 48 hr notice (vise versa)

 

Refund Policy:

  • If pictures are sent to or from KuteKakesbyVon LLC, the cake will be similar to the cake on the picture but not exact. Pictures are considered as suggestions or ideas. 

  • There are no refunds but if you are not pleased with your order please email us at info@kutekakesbyvon.com and we will make every attempt to accommodate your needs.

 

Pick Up/Delivery Tips:

  • At the time of Pickup and Delivery, Cakes/Cupcakes come directly from refrigeration to destination.  Please drive safely and reframe from sudden stops.

  • Cakes must be transported on a flat surface. It is recommended that cake box is placed on the floor of vehicle.

  • Refrigerate cake immediately once picked up to ensure food safety and maintain cake stability.

  • Remove from refrigerator 45 minutes prior to start of event. 

  • Not responsible for damage to cakes after they have been picked up

  • There is a 15min grace period on all pickup orders, if you are more than 15 mins late the driver will not wait and other arrangements will need to be made to pick your the cake

  • If the Cake is placed in an outdoor location, KuteKakesbyVon is not responsible for any damages due to weather or natural elements.
